Electrical engineering has become an indispensable component in many areas - but often also a stumbling block. Without a background in electrical engineering, the message is almost always "no entry". However, DGUV Regulation 3 allows activities to be carried out to a limited extent by specially trained employees, such as the "electrotechnically instructed person (EuP)".
