On many machines, pneumatics is performing increasingly complex tasks in combination with other technologies. As a result, the demands on design are constantly increasing and more and more specialist knowledge is required. This seminar offers a compact introduction to pneumatics from a design perspective. It focuses on finding, understanding and selecting components as well as on specific factors influencing a pneumatic circuit with the aim of achieving the desired behavior.
