Fundamentals of hydraulics and electrohydraulicsSeminar (training product)

Especially when it comes to large forces and loads, hydraulics has advantages over pneumatics. Accordingly, hydraulics are used in areas such as die casting systems, plastic injection molding, construction equipment and machine tools. It is therefore essential for the employees of many companies to have an in-depth knowledge of hydraulic drive technology. This also includes electrohydraulics, as purely hydraulic control systems are rarely found. A combination of an electric control unit and hydraulic drives is much more common.

Contents
  • Devices and circuit diagram display
  • Reading and interpreting basic hydraulic circuit diagrams
  • Physical basics
  • Structure and function of basic components
  • Measuring volume flow and pressure
  • Device technology and characteristics of valves and drive elements
  • Basics of proportional hydraulics
  • Design of simple relay controls
  • Intensive practical training: assembly according to circuit diagram and commissioning
General
Learning Objectives

After this seminar, participants will be familiar with hydraulic and electrohydraulic equipment technology and its function. They will be able to create circuit diagrams, observe the applicable standards and implement them in practice. Participants will also be able to set important parameters on electrohydraulic controls such as speed, pressure and position of the drives. In doing so, they observe the necessary safety regulations.

Remarks
You will acquire advanced knowledge in our seminar "Advanced hydraulics for maintenance".
